About the Role:

As a Data Science Innovator, you will join our cross-functional development team to engineer experiences of tomorrow. You will be responsible for developing prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, machine learning techniques, and robust analytics to support analytic insights and visualization of complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop predictive models using regression, classification, clustering, dimensional reduction, time series prediction, and/or outlier detection techniques.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends using Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and/or statsmodels libraries.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that solutions meet customer requirements in terms of functionality, performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work directly with business analysts and data engineers to understand and support their use cases.
  • Develop innovative solutions to drive KPIs established by product, marketing, operations, PR teams, and others.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
  • Create educational programs for both experienced data scientists and other departments to increase data handling mastery.
  • Contribute to unit activities and community building, participate in conferences, and provide excellence in exercise and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science solution development with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact.
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Econometrics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of probability theory and statistics, including machine learning and deep learning concepts.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
