Job Description
This role is responsible for managing work queues, assisting customers with training administration issues, and maintaining good relationships with training suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and managing work queues, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage work queues to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist customers with training administration issues and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain good working relationships with training suppliers to negotiate the best prices
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies through optimum sourcing
- Coordinate multiple tasks and activities in a time-intensive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in monitoring and managing work queues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
