**Job Title:** Employee Benefits Administrator
Hike Education is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS and strong analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and manage payroll operations using Keka HRMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations related to payroll, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and HRMS operations, with hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
