Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced information security risk analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments across various products, platforms, processes, and changes using the RMF framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments using the RMF framework to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences.
  • Apply consistent scoring models based on likelihood and impact thresholds to determine low, medium, or high-risk levels.
  • Develop clear treatment plans with owners and dates, manage acceptance and escalation criteria, and ensure approvals are recorded.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers with current statuses, residual risks, review dates, and evidence.
  • Communicate assessment results and treatment plans effectively to stakeholders through clear written communication.
  • Monitor and trigger re-reviews as needed when assets, threats, or vulnerabilities change, reporting posture and trends at required cadence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in information security risk management, GRC, or audit with a focus on high-volume assessments and strict SLAs.
  • Strong familiarity with NIST RMF (SP 800-37), NIST 800-30, and control catalogs (e.g., 800-53); ISO 27005 a plus.
  • Proven ability to follow defined processes with high accuracy and stamina, maintaining consistency in risk assessments.
  • Excellent written communication skills for treatment plans, acceptance memos, and stakeholder updates.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC/risk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust, custom trackers) and strong spreadsheet hygiene.
  • Comfortable assessing application/service changes, infrastructure, and vendors using structured questionnaires and evidence.
