Main Responsibilities
  • Data Pipeline Design: Utilize Python, SQL, and Airflow to create and optimize extract, transform, and load (ETL)/extract, load, transform (ELT) pipelines that ensure seamless data integration.
  • Data Modeling & Warehousing: Develop and maintain data models and warehouses using Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Integration & Optimization: Integrate data from APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP, and optimize SQL queries for improved performance and data quality.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and DevOps teams; mentor junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Experience with data lakes, warehouses, and orchestration tools (Airflow/Talend).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Bonus: PySpark, Docker, CI/CD, and monitoring tools (Grafana, CloudWatch).
