We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and quality assurance of the water treatment process in a power plant setting.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in demineralisation (DM) water production and boiler feedwater treatment, with strong understanding of steam-water cycle chemistry.

Key responsibilities include operating and supervising the entire DM water treatment process, ensuring consistent and reliable supply of DM water with required quality parameters for high-pressure boilers and turbines.

The position requires leadership skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in DM plant operations in thermal or biomass power plants, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/in-charge role, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Environmental Science is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and supervise the entire DM water treatment process
  • Ensure consistent and reliable supply of DM water
  • Conduct regular chemical analysis of raw water, DM water, condensate, and feedwater
