The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, including new store setup, material planning, and inventory management.
They will also be in charge of preparing monthly reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and material stock levels.
In addition, they will assist with Oracle work, such as asset creation and PM/CM work order forecasting.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of ISO audit standards 9001 and 14001, as well as experience with fuel management systems and coordination with vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Store management: oversee day-to-day operations, including new store setup and material planning.
- Material planning: coordinate with procurement to issue inventory and follow up on invoices.
- Inventory management: maintain accurate records of stock levels and monitor inventory turnover.
- Monthly reporting: prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and material stock levels.
- Oracle work: assist with asset creation, PM/CM work order forecasting, and order completion.
- Training: provide training to engineering staff and maintain records of training provided.
- Compliance: ensure adherence to company HSE and security norms.
The successful candidate will require:
- Knowledge of ISO audit standards 9001 and 14001.
- Experience with fuel management systems and coordination with vendors.
- Microsoft Excel skills, including basic formulas, graphs, and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of 5S implementation and scrap management.
- Engineering documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and train engineering staff.
