Automation Tester Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester to fill this key role.

This position is ideal for an individual with strong testing basics, including test process design techniques and defect management methodology.

The successful candidate will have experience working in agile models, preferably with in-sprint automation. Additionally, they should possess hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills as well as proficiency in one or more of the following tools: Playwright, Protractor, Jest, Puppeteer, Cypress, Jasmine, Mocha or Chai.

Responsibilities will include implementing API and UI automation using JavaScript as the primary programming language ensuring seamless integration of automated test suites with Continuous Integration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated tests using JavaScript
  • Implement API and UI automation
  • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks and scripts

Requirements:

  • 6-14 years of experience in software testing
  • Strong understanding of test process design techniques and defect management methodology
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills
  • Proficiency in one or more automation tools (Playwright, Protractor, Jest, Puppeteer, Cypress, Jasmine, Mocha, or Chai)
  • Experience in agile model development and in-sprint automation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail critical thinking and solid communication
