Senior Frontend Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced senior frontend engineering leader to spearhead our frontend team. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities for your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of frontend engineers and provide technical direction, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of frontend solutions for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and smooth user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, automated testing frameworks, secure authentication, authorization, and data privacy in software applications.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of frontend development experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and React Native, including hooks, server-side rendering, and static generation.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, and Redux or other state management solutions.
  • Experience with web and mobile performance optimization techniques, lazy loading, code splitting, etc.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for seamless backend integration.
  • Experience with build tools, Webpack, Babel, Vite, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Detox for end-to-end testing.
  • Strong experience with Git, GitHub, and version control best practices.
