AI/ML Software Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work on developing cutting-edge AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and deploy AI-enabled products using LLMs and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Develop high-performance search and RAG: data indexing, ranking, query processing systems.
  • Evaluate and optimize agent, RAG, and LLM performance using a polyglot approach with a strong preference for open-source models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience working with frameworks like Ray.
  • The ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a focus on shipping high-quality code.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, and creating RAG systems and planet-scale information retrieval systems.
