Job Title:

Senior Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies across various industries, crafting innovative solutions for multiple brands.
  • Lead junior creatives, providing expert guidance and direction to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create engaging pitches and client presentations.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans and narrate scripts to clients for diverse campaigns.
  • Maintain award-winning standards for creative work and explore opportunities for recognition through industry awards submissions.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, receiving feedback and references for campaigns and other creative tasks.
  • Cross-functional coordination with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team for concept-based projects.
  • Break down complex briefs into manageable tasks for junior creatives, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and finesse with client objectives.
  • Engage actively throughout each production phase, from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay updated with industry trends.
