Interior Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to spearhead our luxury residential design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Oversee the design development process, ensuring all deliverables align with our luxury brand ethos and uphold zero compromise on quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity.
  • Consultant & Team Management: Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, delegate effectively while maintaining personal oversight, and build a strong internal team of design managers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions, partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure execution matches design intent, and resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks, and uphold Isprava's standards of precision.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering: Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience, review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions, and ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment.
  • Innovation & Future-Readiness: Bring global best practices and innovative materials into projects, explore digital and AI tools for visualization, moodboarding, and reimagine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity.
