Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled professional to support Incidents and Problems by providing qualified solutions while following targeted SLAs. The ideal candidate will also communicate with end-users to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Incidents and Problems by providing qualified solutions and following targeted SLAs.
  • Communicate with end-users to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Share knowledge with other team members to improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to perform SAP customization.
  • Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and post-go-live support for existing platforms and modules.
  • Document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision.
  • Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members to achieve common goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • 4+ years of support experience within Extend Warehouse Management.
  • Service mindset with operation excellence.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility to deal with complex situations.
  • Motivated and proactive, team player.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize based on business impact and urgency.
  • Good communications skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Good coordination skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365.
  • General understanding of IT processes/concepts.
  • General knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • General knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA environment and understanding of the integration with other systems.
  • General understanding of the relationship and interfaces between other modules and your own.

Key SAP Skills:

  • Knowledge/Expertise in configuration and supporting of EWM inbound/outbound processing, stock management, physical inventory management, production integration, replenishment & scrapping.
  • Advance Warehouse Operations including inventory management optimization, inbound/outbound process optimization, material flow control, transportation management, kitting, cross docking, and warehouse billing.
  • Fiori Apps and Analytics experience.
  • Ability to review Warehouse Management processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP S/4HANA and conduct fit-gap analysis.
  • Working knowledge on Conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
