Supply Chain Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a comprehensive exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support procurement activities including vendor identification, RFQ preparation, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
  • Maintain effective vendor management through communication, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with logistics service providers for inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation.
  • Analyze and maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and MIS dashboards.
  • Assist in inventory level monitoring, stock reconciliation, and material movement tracking.
  • Work on ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA MM Module) for procurement and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and decision-support exercises.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SCM objectives.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a corporate environment.
