Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Planning Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in process and production planning, with expertise in project management, tool cost estimation, and monitoring and controlling tool costs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process and production plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage projects related to tools for controlling lead time and on-time delivery (OTD).
  • Analyze and estimate tool costs to optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control tool costs to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in process and production planning.
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Possession of Diploma (Engg) in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in process and production planning.

  • Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, 6 Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
