About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications.

This pivotal role involves assisting in the strategic planning, execution and management of enterprise application projects ensuring their reliability, scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement enterprise applications.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enterprise application development.
  • Oversee the design, development and deployment of enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate and ensure the security, performance and scalability of enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their application needs and provide solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and project management skills

Enterprise Integration: Integrate core business applications to each other and to the data platform.

ServiceNow Management: Lead the ServiceNow platform, driving its implementation, customization and optimization to support business processes.

Leadership: Ability to manage teams and projects and provide guidance.

Strategic Thinking: Developing strategies, solving problems and staying updated with trends.
