Job Title: Senior Linux Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, 24/7 technical support for mission-critical Linux infrastructure in a fast-paced banking environment.
  • Ensure adherence to stringent regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulations.
  • Operate within established ITIL frameworks (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
  • Maintain optimal system availability, performance, and security; actively participate in disaster recovery/business continuity planning drills.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and manage approved platform changes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Optimize system configurations and schedule jobs to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Coordinate vendor technical assistance cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change system health.
  • Practice excellent documentation, runbook maintenance, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Display ownership mindset with readiness for 24/7 support and on-call rotation.
