Ecommerce Expert

About this role

We are seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to spearhead custom Shopify theme and app development. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify themes to meet client specifications.
• Create bespoke functionalities and features tailored to project needs.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Shopify.
• Optimize store performance for speed, mobile, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of proven Shopify development experience (freelance or agency).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL) and experience with custom checkout flows, B2B features, and app integrations.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify Plus and headless Shopify builds using Next.js, React, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Figma, and Google Tag Manager.
