We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to spearhead the creation of high-performing Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Develop product packaging designs that align with brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
  • Maintain consistency in deliverables while ensuring they meet brand standards.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Able to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
