Senior Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting or auditing, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Own and manage the accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts and reports.">
  • Create and manage monthly management information system reports including profit loss statements, cash flow and budget versus actuals.">
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping compliance and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.">
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team to ensure deliverables are accurate timely and aligned with organizational needs.">
  • Support leadership with financial reporting analysis and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.">
  • Track and report financial operational key performance indicators to ensure visibility across functions.">
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business objectives.">
  • Manage statutory compliance in India tax filings audits etc. and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.">
  • Assist in preparing investor reports forecasts and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.">
  • Work on process improvements in bookkeeping management information systems compliance and financial planning to ensure scalability.">

Requirements:
