Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM / 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, primarily focusing on HCM modules.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement PeopleSoft applications, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with PeopleSoft product releases and advancements, applying new knowledge to improve existing applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • PeopleSoft Expertise: 5-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft v9x, with a strong focus on HCM modules.
  • Functional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Core HR and NA Payroll applications, particularly for the Canadian and US markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleCode and other relevant programming languages.
  • SQL Experience: Good understanding of SQL and its application in PeopleSoft development.
  • Security Knowledge: Experience working with People Security and fluid interfaces is a plus.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience with PeopleTools integration and customization.
  • Knowledge of SQR and other scripting languages.
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts and best practices.
