As a Technical Lead, you will participate or lead in design reviews with peers and stakeholders and in the architectural design of new features and systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You will also provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. They will have 5+ years of professional software development experience, deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, and extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. They will be proficient with version control systems like GitHub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA. Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles is also essential.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
