Job Description

This is a strategic role that will provide leadership and direction in the implementation of finance systems. You will work closely with operations finance to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy. Your expertise in financial data analytics, reporting, and forecasting tools will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

In addition, you will support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting through advanced technology solutions. Your ability to stay updated on emerging financial technologies and best practices will ensure our organization remains competitive.

  • Lead/Support the implementation, integration, and optimization of financial technology systems, including SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Smartsheet, Anaplan, and other finance and data tools.
  • Collaborate with Operations Finance to streamline financial processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and data modeling through advanced technology solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all finance-related systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of Finance and Technology experience or a Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of Finance and Technology experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience working with finance systems, including SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Anaplan.
  • Expertise in financial data analytics, reporting, and forecasting tools.
  • Ability to support and improve data governance, financial controls, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of ERP, FP&A, and BI tools relevant to finance.
Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you had:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based finance solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks).
  • Exposure to data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools for finance processes.
Professional Certifications

We are looking for candidates who have obtained:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate
  • Hyperion or Anaplan certification
  • Data analytics certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python)
