The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of the DEI Lab, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing the overall work experience for team members. Key responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and other correspondence
  • Coordinating conference rooms, travel, and stay arrangements for team members
  • Managing department expenses, vendor payments, and coordinating with the finance department
  • Filing and maintaining department records
  • Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed, including general correspondence and non-business-related tasks
