Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Associate position is a fundamental role within our organization, focusing on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This includes ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the expectations of our valued patrons.
Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking rooms, making beds, replenishing linens and towels, and responding promptly to guest requests. Additionally, the Housekeeping Associate will be expected to fill carts with supplies, transport them to assigned areas, and follow established procedures for gaining access to guest rooms and ensuring vacancy before entering.
