Software Developer Lead Position

Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced software developer to lead our development team. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Front End User Interface and development
  • Working with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Using Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools
  • Leading efforts to increase web product presence
  • Coordinating with other teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with OutSystems, C/C++, and operating system internals
  • Strong experience with web technologies, particularly REST, JSON, and XML Web Services
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to conduct technical reviews and prescribe optimizations and improvement measures
