Job Overview:

The financial close process is a critical component of our organization, encompassing accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial data analysis from various sectors to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Systematic control and logging of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Journal entries processing, general ledger maintenance, and cost center management.
  • Physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets are recorded and controlled.
  • Preparation of financial reports, analyses, and ad-hoc requests is performed regularly.
  • Monitoring and tracking periodic revenue and expenses, POs, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Month End Close activities, Bank reconciliation Statements, Cash flow statement preparation, and Balance sheet review and reconciliation are essential tasks.
  • Quarterly inter-company processes are managed, ensuring variations within threshold limits.
  • Fixed asset Addition/Disposal/Retirement requests are processed, and statutory analysis is prepared for monthly and quarterly reporting.
