Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and content teams. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their design career, looking to build a solid foundation in visual storytelling and gain exposure to client campaigns, branding, and social media assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Design Execution: Create visuals for digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Support in Asset Development: Help design social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads.
  • Learn Brand Guidelines: Understand and apply client-specific brand elements consistently.
  • Participate in Brainstorms: Contribute creative ideas in internal design and campaign planning meetings.
  • Organize Design Files: Maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work with social media and marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or final-year student).
  • 01 year of experience (internships or freelancing considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva or other design tools.
  • Understanding of visual balance, typography, and color theory.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow.
