Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing and producing diverse content formats: photographs, reels, behind-the-scenes, and short-form videos.
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing shoots—encompassing pre-production to final output.
  • Collaborating with marketing & design teams to align content with brand objectives.
  • Editing videos and photos with expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar.
  • Staying abreast of content and social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
  • Managing content calendars and ensuring timely execution with quality and consistency.
  • Contributing a positive, curious attitude to creative brainstorming, with a finger on the pulse of culture and community.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role in a creative, agency, or brand environment.
  • Proven experience in photoshoot planning, reel production, and post-production editing.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand tone.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and evolve creatively.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with influencer collaborations, basic animation, or scripting voiceovers.
