ISO Program Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for leading R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from the ground up. This includes running gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual with excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications) and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from the ground up
  • Run gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep
  • Deliver clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients
  • Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems
  • Partner with the Chief Consultant on strategy, timelines, and project execution

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar and ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001). Five to ten years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience is also required.
