Medical Sales Representative

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Representative II, where you'll be responsible for promoting our innovative medical technologies to Peripheral Vascular Consultants/Specialists. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified regional territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote endovenous products and therapies to key customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders in the medical community.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform your sales approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, business).
- Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in medical devices or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel extensively, as needed.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in vascular surgery or interventional radiology, preferably with Peripheral Vascular devices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand local markets and customer needs.
- Leadership and vision, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
