Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled academic professional to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build meaningful relationships with students and parents, and have a strong inclination towards working in a goal-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Responsible for student admission and meeting targets
  • Provide guidance and support to students and parents throughout the course selection process, application process, and meeting deadlines
  • Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation for the application process
  • Offer information on admissions requirements and processes, enrolment procedures, or other relevant details
  • Coordinate efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants

Requirements:

  • Ability to empathise with students and parents, building relationships through conversations
  • Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment
  • Proven expertise in converting leads into sales
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while Hindi language skills are highly desirable
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
