We seek a visionary product designer who is committed to user-centered design. This role demands flawless execution, leveraging a deep understanding of design patterns to create best-in-class experiences across various user journeys within our platform.

This product designer position offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven solutions within the platform. In this role, you will supervise/mentor other product designers and contribute to shaping the next generation of designers through coaching and guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for AI-powered features: Define user experience, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from concept to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
  • Deeply understand user needs and behaviors through research, data analysis, and synthesized insights to inform design decisions.
  • Design scalable, AI-enhanced enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
  • Create frameworks and patterns for consistent visualization approaches across feature areas and user journeys.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful user experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers to share knowledge and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, particularly with AI products.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • The ability to think systemically, connecting individual data visualizations to create a coherent end-to-end experience.
  • Strategic consensus-building and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Effective project management, balancing expectations while maintaining design integrity and strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with design systems and proficiency in tools like Figma and prototyping software Bolt.
