Senior Contract Management Executive

We seek an experienced contract and legal professional with in-depth knowledge of international arbitration, contract administration, and risk management within the manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic legal insight, negotiation prowess, and a proven track record of handling complex claims and contractual matters across global operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage international arbitration proceedings, ensuring compliance with global legal standards and corporate interests.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts to ensure enforceability.
  • Handle INCOTERMS, freight agreements, and vessel-related documentation to mitigate risks.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in a large manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of international arbitration, maritime claims, INCOTERMS, and commercial law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and legal risk in a dynamic business environment.
