  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Break down simple problems, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of unique needs to different audiences.
  • Effective Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations, including organizing the presentation, designing visual aids, modulating voice, using body language, making eye contact, and demonstrating confidence.
