Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing strategist to lead our social media team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media, paid campaign management, agency management, technology platforms, direct marketing experience via digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and/or services.

The individual should have a solid understanding of marketing principles and performance marketing experience.

A strong business acumen and ability to connect business objectives with digital marketing levers and find digital solutions for the same are essential.

The candidate should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to execute quick turn-around times with agencies.

Experience handling e-commerce clients and healthcare clients is a must.

The ideal candidate should have strong data analytics skills, process and system build/automation-oriented thinking, and experience.

He/she will lead a team of media buyers (FB & Google), social media planners, graphic designers, and video editors.

The role involves designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

The individual will coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

He/she will identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

The candidate will work with their team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

They will daily and proactively monitor campaign performance to foresee and resolve issues before they occur.

The successful candidate should perform independent campaign analysis with definite conclusions and actions.

Strong command of written English for deciding ad copies is required.

Cooderation with copywriter and Creative Designers to create attractive copies is necessary.
