We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead process creation, SOP building, program management, cross-functional collaboration, and data analytics.

This role will focus on planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and operational teams.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution, data-backed decision making, and scalable practices that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Creation & SOP Building
    • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures for operational efficiency.
    • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve productivity.
    • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
  • Program Management
    • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability in operations.
    • Support the execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with operational teams to ensure seamless order flow.
    • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
    • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
