Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer to work in our fully remote, flexible environment. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for translating Figma designs into functional WordPress websites.

Responsibilities:
  • Create pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites from Figma designs
  • Ensure all websites are cross-browser compatible and true to design
  • Collaborate with a small team to deliver high-quality projects on time
  • Manage deployments, troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean code
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs)
  • Communicate progress regularly and respond promptly to team messages
Requirements & Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native-level English for clear communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress (themes, child themes, plugins, custom post types)
  • Strong proficiency with Figma
  • Basic proficiency in Drupal Commerce
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg)
  • Deployment skills
  • Git familiarity
