Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in commercial agreements, IP, and technology-related laws to drive business success. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide advisory services on complex transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your primary focus will be on advising on commercial agreements, including data privacy, TMT agreements, and other related issues.

  • You will work closely with the Head of Legal Affairs to develop and implement strategies that support the company's objectives.
  • Ensure timely completion of commercial agreements and maintain adequate legal safeguards to protect PUMA's interests.
  • Provide guidance on contract laws, Sale of Goods Act, Information Technology and IP-related laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background in law (LLB) with around 10 years of experience.
  • An excellent understanding of contract laws, Sale of Goods Act, Information Technology and IP-related laws.
  • A results-driven attitude with exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
  • Effective time management, detail accuracy, and strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
