Job Description

The Implementation Consultant will own and execute our Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of our Cloud products across the globe.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Execute projects through various phases, including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test process flows, drive adoption, and validate value outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with Delivery Manager and/or Program Director on potential project risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with international clients/projects, Business Analysis, Domain Knowledge, and teamwork.
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process experience is a plus.
