Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role
  • Lead the development of our interactive platform, collaborating with backend and UX teams to create a unified and intuitive experience.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces that meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • Develop and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Build high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS, focusing on performance and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React, to enhance flexibility and innovation.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements, creating an engaging and dynamic user experience.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability to ensure the long-term success of our platform.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements.
  • Expertise in React and its ecosystem, with a deep understanding of state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Proficiency in real-time communication (WebSockets) and familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • A strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with a focus on maintainability and performance.
  • An agile mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
