Visual Storyteller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of capturing high-quality video content, possess strong editing skills, and be able to tell a compelling visual story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video content for various projects, including events and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio equipment, to ensure seamless production.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that meet the company's objectives and resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and ideas that drive results.
  • Manage video archives and organize footage to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets industry standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lights, and sound equipment.
  • Conduct interviews and capture b-roll footage as needed to enhance video content.
  • Handle live streaming for events and webinars to engage audiences in real-time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a videographer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus, as is experience with live streaming.
  • Bachelors degree in film, media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
