Job Description:

This role is for a curious, creative thinker who blends aesthetics with analytics, lives and breathes content, and knows how to turn trends into community-building stories.

  • Create engaging social media strategies that connect with the audience  including graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and written posts
  • Develop, manage, and execute our end-to-end social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Use tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite to manage social media calendars
  • Create and curate high-quality, creative, and trend-driven content
  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive stories
  • Track and analyse key metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to keep content aligned with the brand's message.
Required Skills:

Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance included)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Comfortable with design tools like Canva
  • Aware of emerging trends, meme culture, and viral formats
