Job Description:
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure month-end activities are completed accurately and on time, meeting critical metrics and SLA targets.
  • Implement effective processes and controls to ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues during the month-end close process to minimize disruption and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the team's performance.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support, ensuring successful audits and maintaining high compliance.

Qualifications:

  • CA/CMA qualified with a B.Com degree as a minimum qualification.
  • Relevant work experience in General Ledger.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.
