The Job
  • Lead and develop a team of eight procurement analysts to support the Logistics Finance function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance of the end-to-end process while identifying areas of opportunity to drive efficiency.
  • Enforce standardized processes to drive operational consistency and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless invoice transmission, auditing, and payment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from providers and internal departments.
  • Act as the Distribution Center ordering subject matter expert, with deep understanding of lead times, inventory levels, and demand planning to ensure alignment with business objectives and service level expectations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to support month-end close and reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate holds a Chartered Accountant qualification or an MBA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or shared services.
  • Exposure to the retail sector will be considered an added advantage.

This role reports to the U.S.-based leader and interacts with business partners globally.
