We are seeking a seasoned Quality Team Lead to drive our data quality initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mapping data quality frameworks, processes and standards.

The successful candidate should be able to lead, mentor and motivate a team of Quality analysts to achieve operational goals. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be used to track team performance and provide actionable feedback to team members.

Regular updates will be provided to the Quality Manager on team performance and process improvements. This includes identifying data quality challenges and proactively mitigating issues.

Data quality policies and validation rules will be implemented and monitored by the Quality Team Lead. Day-to-day activities of Quality analysts will be tracked to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics and client guidelines.

A comprehensive report will be generated to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration with Process Excellence and data creation teams will be key in implementing best quality practices in mapping operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background and additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are desirable.

5+ years of experience in quality control management is required, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. At least 1 year of experience in Quality supervisory role or 2 years of experience in Quality Analyst role is also necessary.
