Job Description">

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a System Associate. As a System Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data processes.

Your responsibilities will include supervising daily data processes to identify and resolve issues where files are delayed or stuck. You will work collaboratively with teams to tackle system and data reconciliation issues, resolving root causes and implementing effective solutions.

This involves collaborating with various internal and external teams to address system dependencies and mitigate bottlenecks. Your expertise will be essential in documenting and maintaining records of recurring issues, proposed fixes, and preventive measures to improve process reliability.

You will also collaborate with team members to provide updates and ensure visibility in issue resolution. To achieve this, you will develop and refine dashboards or reports to track system performance and file flow metrics.

Participating in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, insights, and recommendations for process improvement is also crucial. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that data adheres to KCI metrics on a regular basis.

Developing and implementing test plans, scripts to validate system updates, patches, and new deployments will also be part of your role. Identifying and documenting system bugs or discrepancies, collaborating with developers or vendors to resolve them, performing regression testing, and automating repetitive testing processes are all essential aspects of this position.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, along with experience in data transfer processes and tackling stuck or delayed data files. Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance standard processes is also necessary.

A Bachelor's degree in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems or a Diploma with relevant experience is required. Proficiency in working with data analysis and QA tools, as well as knowledge of SQL, is highly desirable.

Soft skills such as ability to work under minimal supervision, providing oversight and mentoring team members, and managing multiple priorities successfully are also essential.
