We're seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Node.js and Docker, as well as expertise in developing scalable Microservices components.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  1. Experience of working with Node.JS and docker
  2. Expertise in developing models and scalable Microservices components
  3. Ability to work on building integration flows on various API development platforms
  4. An authority on Cloud-Native Application architecture, Docker's and Microservices
  5. Experience in enterprise transformation of monolithic application architectures to microservices
  6. Able to use design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design
  7. Operate within short release cycles
  8. Use modern collaboration tools in a highly-responsive environment
  9. Great planning and organizational skills, good time management, with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload and to deal with urgent deadlines and changes to requirements
  10. Closely collaborate with global and local teams
  11. Effective communication across organizational boundaries and stakeholder management
  12. A passion for creative solutions to real user needs and business problems
  13. Driven to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  14. A logical approach to problem-solving
  15. Meticulous attention to detail
  16. A highly motivated and productive self-starter
