**Real Estate Accountant Position**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the city's skyline with innovative, sustainable, and functional developments where people can live, work, and thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and records.
  • Handling taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance.
  • Assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Supporting management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.

Key qualifications include: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred), proficiency in Tally ERP, strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas, commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university, and additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.

A strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is crucial in this role.
