About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion. This involves managing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and driving architectural concepts and details.

The role requires strong leadership skills, as you will lead project teams and oversee site execution to ensure that projects meet client specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept through to completion.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects to help them grow professionally.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee site execution and quality control to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive design research, detailing, and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating project vision and progress.
  • Contribute to studio growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a passion for Interiors.
  • 6+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • A portfolio showcasing built work, reflecting a strong passion for design and excellence.
